Date: 4. 4. 2025, Croatia Consortium Meeting in Zagreb Hosted by HEP ODS, the consortium meeting took place in Zagreb on April 3, 2025. The members reviewed the technical and financial progress of the project, as well as the obligations related to the first official report to the CINEA agency. This marks the first report for a CEF 2 project in the field of smart grids under the new CEF program. The partners were also informed that consortium member HOPS will organize the fourth Smart Grid PCI Summit this fall, and they had the opportunity to visit its National Control Centre.
